Luke Logan

I’m a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering (FREng), where I have the honor of chairing the Awards Committee. I also chair a University Industrial Advisory Board, advise a portfolio of technology startups, and serve as a Charity Trustee and Non-Executive Director. My work centers on supporting leaders and organizations to unlock their full potential, helping them navigate complexity and achieve transformative outcomes.

Engineering and technology have always been my passion. They are the engines of innovation, operational excellence, and business success. With experience spanning the entire lifecycle—from early-stage research to aircraft fleet management, and from manufacturing operations to service delivery—I bring a systems-level perspective on how engineering enables both production and service-based models to thrive. My leadership roles at Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems, and Weir Group have equipped me with a unique blend of cross-sector expertise, including civil aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial equipment.

I am particularly driven by the opportunity for engineering and technology to tackle the world’s most pressing challenges. Whether it’s decarbonization, societal resilience, or defense in an evolving geopolitical landscape, I believe engineering must be capable, resilient, and bold in its ambition. My recent and current clients span diverse sectors, including utilities, renewable energy, maritime defense, global engineering consultancies, and technology innovators. Across these engagements, I focus on ensuring engineering functions are positioned to meet the demands of industry while delivering sustainable, positive change.

My vision is simple: to bring differentiating insights that enable transformative outcomes for my clients. I aim to deliver sustainable value and measurable impact, targeting a minimum return of one order of magnitude—though it’s often significantly greater. This ethos underpins every engagement, helping organizations realize their potential while solving complex challenges.
